Prepared by VW Motorsport in Hanover the car pictured is one of three prepared for last weekend’s Nurburgring 24 hour race. Obviously slightly more than a styling exercise its 2.0 TSFI motor has been pumped up to 324hp with that power being put to the front wheels by an uprated DSG tranny. Clearly there’s been a bunch more mods to get VW’s latest and possibly greatest coupe car ready for the Green Hell.
