Round 4 of the the Formula Drift professional drift series will be held at Las Vegas Motor Speedway this Saturday July 12th. It’s the first time for the series in Las Vegas. Because of the heat, the competition takes place at night with the gates opening at 5pm. The chase for the Castrol SYNTEC Power Cup heats up as defending champion, and Top Gear USA co-host, Tanner Foust (who we recently interviewed) in his Rockstar Energy Drink Nissan 350Z leads the points standings heading into this round with two time champion Samuel Hubinette just behind driving a Mopar Viper. Qualifying and practice on Friday is also open to spectators from 5pm to 1am. More at Formula Drift
