We found this one on a Flickr feed called, Street Parking: Favorites. It’s a pretty impressive collection of Bechtle-like shots of cars parked on San Francisco public streets. The photographer’s continuing mantra is, “Part of my street parking set - meant to be viewed in the context of that set.” But the above 1966 Toronado can stand on its own four wheels. The first post-war FWD American car, legend holds that the name Toronado has no meaning. Though, it seems pretty obvious that the name is forever infused with a whole lot of exquisitely sculpted meaning.
