Thanks to the slippery fingers over at EU’s Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (kinda like a copy right office), we’ve gotten a good look at Mazda’s planned update for their iconic roadster. The good news is all of the good-looking parts of the current body style remain, including the pronounced fender flares and hood lines. There’s also more than a little taste of Honda’s S2000 up front with faux canards below the fog lights and the smiley grille. The look is a clear evolution from the current body style and should hit dealers as soon as the end of this year or the beginning of 2009 for European and Japanese markets. [Motor Authority]
