V Eight, the folks who have made their mark on the automotive landscape by resurrecting legendary Jensen coupes just announced that an even more powerful version of the UK marvel. Branded the Jensen Interceptor SX, the car will utilize originally produced donor cars, but will carry new updated exterior styling and a super lux interior. The fun bits include a Chevy LS7 motor that whips up 620 snortin’ horses. Almost as much as the stillborn FFF and it’s 7.2-liter Mopar Hemi. V Eight is only planning to crank out 25 of these gems, and with a price tag of $265,000 they won’t be for everyone.
