Folks seem pretty excited about the new V Eight Jensen Interceptor SX. And why not. All real pistonheads secretly crave a big, bloody British coupe with a long bonnet, big motor and smoking lounge interior. Now, as fate would have it, Levy’s dad owned lots of Interceptors back in the day. Including an orange one. So rather than self imploding with jealousy, I instead found the lovely Signal Orange Interceptor SP above. And if you’re wondering, SP stands for “Six-Pack.” Meaning that yes, the car you’re looking at has a fat Mopar 440 topped off by three Holley centerhung-float 2300 dual-carbs.
