It’s just a Shelby kinda day. Word is Shelby Distribution is planning on once again selling the fabled Daytona Coupe, only this incarnation is from Superformance and sports an aluminum body. Since they’re coming straight from the man himself (and Pete Brock), the cars will be listed in the Shelby Registry and will feature an updated suspension. Odds are these rolling works of art won’t garner the same collectability as the originals, but with a price tag that’s a fraction of what one of the firsts would run you (there’s only 5 left and they cost $5 million each, if not much more), you might as well.
