This is pretty neat. For a long time now there have been doubts (to put it mildly) about the viability of the Tesla Roadster. Even Atuoblog Green had some fits about the truthiness of Telsa’s claimin’ that they were selling actual cars to actual people. And for a few months there it did indeed seem like a “my girlfriend lives in Canada” type situation. Well, no more. Below the jump you’ll find a new (and happy) Tesla owner, with the Roadster and all 7500 [Just heard from Tesla -- the cars now have "just" 6800 li-on batteries -- Ed] of its laptop batteries sitting in a driveway. Watch till the end though, as the man’s wife sums the car up pretty damn well.
