The boys and girls at Carlsson have been busy. How busy? Aside from their Fiendish little oil-burner, the company has also been hard at work on a serious Mercedes-Benz CL. How serious? Try 700 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque out of the coupe’s V12. A trick intercooler, reworked ECU and free-breathing exhaust system help to get the car to 60 in under 3.9 seconds. Inside, leather designer Etienne Aigner had its way with the CL, dipping everything in variations of a red and maroon theme. Massive wheels, a sportier suspension and C-Tronic lowering round out the package. [Source: Carlsson]
