Here it is Fiends: the quickest R8 so far. This ten-pot bruiser is powered by the same mill Lieberman went gaga over in the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4. That means we’re looking at 5.2-liters with 528 horsepower and 398 torques, which should be good enough to vault the R8 to 60 in just 3.9 seconds. Those numbers are damn near a full second quicker than the V8 model. The fabulously wealthy can look forward to a six-speed manual or an R-Tronic semi-automatic. And by fabulously wealthy we mean anyone with $181,000 laying around. The V10 R8 should get an official unveil at the Detroit Auto Show next month. [Source: WCF]
