vantage new Aston Martin Doles Out New V8 to Existing Vantage Owners

A little while back, Aston Martin upgraded the V8 in their Vantage from a 4.3-liter block to 4.7 liters. As you can imagine, owners of the smaller, less powerful mill were none too happy about the change. Usually that just means there’s going to be a brand new batch of low-powered Vantages up on eBay soon, but Aston Martin has taken things into its own hands, offering an engine and suspension upgrade for the old car. That means those of you out there with the old engine can take the car to the dealer and in a few days it’ll be rocking a 400 horse 8. Of course, if you’re looking for something to do with that old engine, you can always call us. We’ll be happy to take it off your hands. [Source: Pistonheads]
