mugen3 Mugen Honda Accord

If you know someone in Japan and happen to own a new Accord, now might be the time to pick up the phone and ask for a favor. Mugen has just released its touches for the sedan and touring models of the family hauler, adding a little bit of spice to the ride. The kits come with new aero bits, including a new Mugen grille, front bumper and rear valance. Then there’s that wing, and while it looked right at home on the DC5 Integra, it looks a little off on the sedan. The tourer avoids any winged design disaster and pics up some pretty sharp wheels while it’s at it. Both cars get a tweaked suspension, easy-breathing exhaust, new brake rotors and better pads as part of the package. [Source: Nihon]

An Acura TSX wagon is an interesting thought fro the US market. Especially if it has been breathed on by Mugen. The window awnings can stay in the land of the rising sun, but the rest of the package really makes it look lean and mean. Also, that wagon body style appears less heinous than the TSX sedan.

Why does the US get shit when it comes to Accords/TSXs? I heard there is a kit out there to convert the G8 back into a Holden. The first person to do the same for the TSX will make a mint.

It’d go well with my Mugen Si if I could get it in FBP… and in America.
