It’s hard to believe the ride you see up top shares blood with the boxy Saab drop top wedges of the ‘80’s. It’s Saab’s Air BioHybrid Convertible, and if that proud nose and coupe-like drop on the roof line isn’t enough to get you on board, check out the drive line. Supposedly this ride’s powered by the same green tech found in the 9-X BioHybrid, which means a turbo mill sucks down E85 bioethenol to charge its hybrid drive system. If all hybrids looked this sharp, I just might consider picking one up. The drop-head hybrid will be on display at the New England International Auto Show in Boston starting tomorrow. [Source: Saab]
