I. Porsche released some super sexy shots of the Panamera’s interior as a teaser to its Shanghai debut in April. Each of the car’s four occupants gets a bucket seat, and aluminum and dark wood trim abound. The front seats are power-adjustable as standard, and the rear seats can be had the same way, or as 18-way adjustable sport seats. Those sport seats may be necessary to keep the rear occupants planted, particularly if you opt for the 500 hp Panamera Turbo. Who wouldn’t? [Source: Autoweek]

II. Jeff Gordon and Kyle Busch each won one of the Gatorade Duel qualifying races at Daytona today. That means each man gets a spot on the front row at the Big Race on Sunday. The qualifiers were 150-milers held back to back at the original super speedway. [Source: NASCAR]

III. Hyundai released the pricing on the Genesis Coupe, and man does it look good. $22,000 should get you into a base model with a 210 hp turbocharged four-banger changing ratios through a six-speed stick. If you want the mack-daddy 308 hp Mustang-killing model, be prepared to shell out a mere $25,000. The option packages are looking good too, and Hyundai’s numbers dance circles around anything else that market has to offer. Hold on to your butts. [Source: 0-60]

IV. Automobile Magazine somehow managed to gank a ride in a Tata Nano, something nobody else [Ed: Other than CAR] has done yet. Tata may have been pissed that journalists got a hold of their baby, but it got a rave review. Apparently something that only costs $2500 can still feel like a real car. Who knew? Anyway, the guys at Automobile got all hot and bothered and started making Model T and original Mini comparisons. We’ll believe that when we see it. For now, hit the source link and take a look. V. For my last post tonight, I’m skipping the news and going back to something I should have done yesterday. Looking back on my coverage of the Maybach Zeppelin, I left you in the lurch as far as photos of the thing were concerned, so I’ll add some here. Enjoy. Or throw up, whichever you prefer. And yes, those are silver champagne glasses with “MAYBACH ZEPPELIN” etched in them. [Source: CAR]

One thing I noticed on the Genesis Coupe is that to get the LSD, one needs to buy the “track” trim level. On the V6, that means a starting price of $29.5K. It doesn’t look like it’s going to be a stand alone option either.
