BMW has finally decided to “unveil” its newest blasphemy addition to the M family. Far from the low n’ lovely M3, the newest bundles of joy are the X6 M and X5 M. Under the hood of both rigs is a mighty 4.4-liter V8, complete with two turbos cranking out 21 psi. Good for 555 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque, the motor is only part of the package. Thanks to some engineering wizardry, both utes boast near 50/50 weight balance, though BMW’s all-wheel drive system adds a new aspect to the M formula. Sacrilege or innovation? That’s a decision best left to the interwebs. [Source: BMW]
