Way back when, the fine folks of Union County, TN came to my great-grandfather’s door and politely told him they were taking some of his land to widen the road that ran along the border of his property. He closed the door, went out back and got into his Model T. He putted downtown, walked up to the front steps of the court house and placed a lit stick of dynamite at the base of the front doors. There wasn’t much left by the time he was done. The county had to use the money previously allocated for road improvement to rebuild the courthouse. I tell you this story because it has set the tone for anything involving judges or juries and the Bowman clan. Until now. The good people of the brand-spanking new Internet Car and Truck of the Year have chosen yours truly to be a judge when it comes time to pick the best rides in the land. Print rags have been doling out their own trophies for years, and it looks like the Internet is finally getting a crack at it. The other judges come from every corner of the interweb, so you can probably count out any diesel wagons as the outright winners. Hop over to the site to see bios on everyone who’s signed up for duty.

Nice!
Good for you…
I had no idea you look like Baby Elvis though.
(Figures seeing as you live in TN)
Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk… and thanks! I’m pretty excited about it.
that site is clearly in the beginning stages but I like the concept… keep us updated when it moves along.
(so I can post some of my reviews/postings to the contest section)
Jeff – you’re right. It is in the beginning stages. I promise it will be in much better shape as judging time approaches.

Keith, the seeds are planted for a cool site… good work and good luck.
