Further proving that form and function can coexist, Alpinestars has recently released the Shibuya shoe. Though it looks nothing like a traditional motorcycle boot, the Shibuya actually does provide some level of protection. It also adds a high level of protection from the threat of looking like a Cylon in a restaurant if you decide to ride that evening and forget to bring a change of shoes. The Shibuya is offered in two styles and a couple different colorways and materials. A great looking shoe in this fiend’s opinion, equally at home on the rearset or on the club set.

Very unusual shoes nice bike boot
I ride a SuperMoto myself, and the footwear issue is always a royal pain in the neck. “Looking like a Cyclon” sure is descriptive of the heavy boots one inevitably is found wearing when it really isn’t apt or fashionable for the occasion.
Alpinestars make legendary motorcycle apparel, and this crossover footwear really works for me. A pair of these Shibuya shoes is definitely destined to grace my cupboard at some stage soon.
