OK, so this isn’t the first Subaru/VW mash up we’ve seen. I recollect a particularly tasty Pleiades-powered 914 that made the rounds in the metal rags not too long ago, but that car pales in execution to this wee beastie. It’s a Beetle with the heart of a WRX STI built to run on 86 percent alcohol. The level of finish and execution on this thing is simply astonishing.
