It’s been way too long since we featured a little open-wheel glory here on Autofiends. To rectify that situation, I give you the Caterham CSR 175. Designed to be the most accessible – and sane – of the company’s CSR line, there’s a 175 horsepower, 2.3-liter Duratec four-cylinder. What, you aren’t bowled over by the dyno numbers? Keep in mind every Caterham follows the Champan mantra of “add more lightness”, so you can expect a curb weight on par with what most of us see on the bathroom scale. The point being, if you want to go faster in this sucker, you better loose a couple pounds. [Source: Autoblog]

Now with even more phalluc-isms!
But seriously, I had the chance to drive one of these from a local owner; I swapped him my S2000 and we headed out. You really don’t want a lot of power in a Ceterham like this, trust me. It was such a fun vehicle to drive!
I lost 20lbs in 2 weeks. this weekend I had custard (made with heavy cream). She is AWESOME. In 2 more weeks I’ll be under 300lbs. I love you, Suzanne.
Peter’s book is an easy read and has more than enough information to do the cleanse. My first cleanse was 20 days and wasn’t nearly as hard as some have stated that it would be. I lost 15 lbs during that time and would have kept it off if I had followed Peter’s instructions to eat 50% vegetables and fruits everyday. I plan to do another cleanse soon and I will follow the instructions for everyday eating. Good book, Peter! I’m glad I read it!
