Yeah, he crashed. While filming an episode of the new 12th series of Top Gear it turns out. No one knows (or they ain’t saying) what Jezza was driving or what he hit (or where) but the important news is that he’s fine. And, knowing Top Gear we’ll see the crash soon enough. And they’ll make it funny. Clarkson says that it’s his first crash in 31 years of driving (he’s 48) and his wife told the Mirror that her husband, “is fine.” Ironically, the Mirror is the same rag that printed photos of Jezza kissing some girl, which caused the mighty Clarkson to bop publisher Piers Morgan in the face. Sleeping dogs are laying down, I guess. One last bit of Clarksonian wit for you, in this case he describes the injuries he suffered in the collision, “My right index finger looked like a burst sausage, my left shin was fatter than my thigh and my back felt like someone had driven over it with a pile-driver.” Youch!
