With all of the Mopar sheet metal in attendance at this year’s show, it’ll be a task to pick the hottest set of wheels in attendance. Still, if we had to pick an early favorite, it’d be this monster. It’s the Challenger R/T Blacktop Concept cranked out by Mopar Underground, Dodge’s in house tuner. A Mopar coilover suspension gives the Blacktop a serious stance, set off by the custom chin spoiler up front.
