The Daily Wrap

I. Chevrolet released some shots of a super-sexy cop-spec Camaro. The modern-day Blues Mobile has all the trimmings including sneaky red and blues in the headlights and a pushbar. Awesome. [0-60]

II. Today is the fifteenth anniversary of Ayrton Senna’s death. The pre-Schumacher world-champ died at Imola in ’94, and the sport has never been the same since. Senna is reported by many to be the best F1 driver ever, and it’s arguable he would have given Schumacher more trouble than he could handle. [F1]

III. Usain Bolt, the fastest man on two legs, is apparently not as adept in a car as he is at track and field. The Jamaican Olympic gold medalist slid a brand-new M3 given to him by Puma, his main sponsor, off the road in St. Catherine, the Jamaican and walked away with minor injuries. The M3? Not so lucky. [WCF]

IV. Spanish race team GTA Motor decided it was time to do something people outside of motorsport could enjoy. They released a brand-new 217 mph supercar called the Spano. The Spano packs **choke** 780hp from a mid-mounted 8.3-litre V10 out of a Dodge Viper. All that oomph is allegedly good for a 2.9-sec 0-60 sprint. [Autocar]
