The rumor is that Brian Deegan, the most winning medallist in X Games Freestyle Motocross, will be competing in the Rally Super Special at this summer’s event. While still active in Freestyle MX, Deegan has been racing off road trucks, with some success–he scored a win at last week’s round of the Lucas Off Road Truck series in the Pro Lite class. He made his debut in a rally car a couple of weeks back at the Susquehannock Trail Rally with Tanner Foust’s co-driver Chrissie Beavis providing direction. This included the expected jumping and crashing, but Deegan did a pretty good job on his first time out swapping stage times with another recent convert to rally Dave Mirra and actually finishing the event despite some mechanical issues.
